Waiting List Opening 5/15: Housing Choice Voucher (Low-Rent Property Based)

Effective Monday, May 15, 2023, at 8 am, Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT), formerly the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT), will open the HCV (Low-Rent Property Based) waiting list for 1BR; 3BR; and 4BR units.

The waiting list will remain open until 700 applications are received.

The waiting list can be accessed by going to the following website: www.texarkanaha.housingmanager.com.
