The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) has rebranded! The HATT is now doing business as Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT), and we're back for the 2023 RoseHill Neighborhood Celebration!

Please make plans now to join us for the 2023 RoseHill Neighborhood Celebration.

Time: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Where: Tiger Stadium @ Grim Memorial Park

There will be vendors, entertainment, free food and beverages, and fun for the entire family. 

It's always a momentous occasion for all to celebrate the many successes of the RoseHill Community.

If you would like to become a vendor or for more information, please contact Tarisha Duson by email no later than Thursday, April 6 or call 903.838.8548 extension 106 to sign up us a vendor. There will be a limited number of vendors, and call soon because spots will fill quickly.
