Texas Home Collaborative (THC)

Texas Home Collaborative was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that every Texan deserves a safe, affordable, and dignified place to call home. Through its partnerships with Village Communities of Texarkana Texas and other mission-aligned organizations, THC seeks to transform underinvested neighborhoods into thriving, connected communities.

From Texarkana to Mount Pleasant and beyond, Texas Home Collaborative supports developments that go beyond housing - integrating access to health, education, and workforce programs that empower residents to build generational wealth. Each project under the THC umbrella represents more than a building; it represents opportunity, stability, and the spirit of collaboration that defines Texas communities.

Community Goals

  • Preserve and expand affordable housing stock across Northeast Texas.
  • Create mixed-income communities that foster inclusivity and long-term stability.
  • Leverage local partnerships to connect residents to job training, education, and small business resources.
  • Promote sustainable design and energy-efficient construction practices.
  • Reinvest development proceeds into future community-building initiatives.

Texas Home Collaborative serves as both a platform and a promise - uniting public and private resources to create vibrant communities where every family has the opportunity to thrive.
