Commissioners Sworn In at February Meeting
Commissioners Robert L. Davis, Linda Nolen, and Brenda Robinson were sworn in to serve two-year terms at the February 26, 2021 meeting.
Congrats to Toranda - New Homeowner!
Toranda closed on her new home on December 17 and it was the last home sold with the help of the Homeownership Program in 2019. The HATT is so happy for her! Thank you also to Vickie for her wonderful assistance in teaching our community members all about homeownership in the Homeownership Homebuyer’s Education Course. Her last class was held on December 14th, 2019. We appreciate everything you do to help our community members succeed!
HATT and ATCOG's FSS Joint Program Coordinating Committee (PCC) Kickoff Luncheon
The Family Self-Sufficiency Program (FSS) had a joint kickoff meeting held on Thursday, February 20, 2020. The meeting was a success and included information and discussion with Mae Lewis, HCV Program Manager for Ark-Tex Council of Governments as well as Mr. Antonio Williams, CEO and Ronnie Odom, HCV Program Manager for HATT.
HATT and Enolve Tablet Distribution Event - 8/26/20
The HATT provided the tablets and Envolve Client Services Group (Envolve), our property management company, provided the wonderful gifts to the students. The tablet was provided by HATT via a partnership with T-Mobile and the gifts that consisted of earbuds, a pencil pouch, pen, etc. was provided by Envolve. It was a successful event.

NAACP 2018 Freedom Fund Award
HATT CEO Antonio Donell Williams was presented with the Benjamin Dennis President Award at the NAACP 2018 Freedom Fund Awards Banquet on Saturday, October 27, 2018 that was held at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center. Williams worked in the defense industry for 12 years before entering the affordable housing industry, where he has increased the performance of several housing authorities in the country.

The Grace Fort Gouldsby Scholarship Foundation STRIKES FOR SCHOLARS 2nd Annual Bowling Tournament
The Grace Fort Gouldsby Scholarship Foundation awards scholarships for the purpose of recognizing high school seniors in the state of Texas who have demonstrated outstanding and committed service in their community as well as academic excellence. This award is intended to provide financial assistance to such students in attaining their educational and career goals. This year, HATT represented on Saturday, May 18th with a bowling team composed of students who were residents of Hampton Homes and Bright Street Apartments. We didn’t win this year, but everyone still had a wonderful time! Thank you so much to our youth for representing at this amazing event! And a special thank you goes to HATT’s Director of Administrative Services, Tarisha Duson, for coordinating the HATT team and showing support!
