A Message from the CEO

Dear Residents, Families, Staff, and Community Partners of Village Communities of Texarkana Texas,

Hello, and thank you for welcoming me as the new Chief Executive Officer of Village Communities of Texarkana Texas.

I am honored and humbled to serve this community and to be a part of an organization that makes such a meaningful difference in the lives of so many families. I am excited to be part of Village Communities of Texarkana Texas and look forward to working alongside an outstanding team of dedicated professionals who are committed to serving our residents every day. I have also had the pleasure of meeting our exceptional Board of Commissioners, and I am grateful for their leadership, vision, and commitment to the future of our organization. My commitment is to lead with transparency, respect, accountability, and compassion.

As I begin this journey with you, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. First and foremost, I am a man of faith who believes that God comes first in all things. I am also a proud father of one daughter and five sons, a grandfather to seven wonderful grandchildren, with another grandbaby on the way. Family means everything to me, and the values I hold dear are simple: God first, then comes family and friends, community, and my career. Those values guide my decisions, my leadership, and my commitment to serving others. As your CEO, I believe that housing is more than just a place to live - it is the foundation upon which families build their futures. My commitment is to lead with integrity, listen with intention, and work collaboratively with residents, staff, community leaders, and partners to create communities where people feel respected, safe, supported, and empowered. I believe that the best results come when we work together, listen to one another, and remain focused on the people we are here to serve.

I want you to know that my door will always be open. I look forward to meeting residents, hearing your stories, understanding your needs, and celebrating your successes. Together, we will continue building strong communities, strengthening relationships, and creating opportunities that improve the quality of life for all who call Village Communities home. I am excited about the future and grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you
