(Located on Summerhill Road, in front of Texas High School)

Aurora Concepts Family Medical Practice will offer the following vaccines:

• High Dose Flu (65+)
  • $65 if no insurance
• Quadrivalent Flu Shot
  • $25 for adults if no insurance
  • $10 for children if no insurance
• Pfizer & Moderna COVID Vaccine Boosters 
  • NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE
• Pfizer Pediatric COVID Vaccine
  • NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE

* Please bring your vaccine card

Most insurances will cover flu vaccines with no out-of-pocket expense. All insurances are verified prior to vaccination administration. On the date of your vaccinations, you must bring a photocopy of your insurance card as well as a photocopy of your driver's license to receive your vaccinations at no charge.
