Addendum #2 - Investment Advisory and Banking Services

PLEASE NOTE: The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is issuing addendum #2 to provide an update to the first paragraph in Section O, Contract Stipulations, of the RFP and to provide responses to additional questions from respondents for RFP 22-1, Investment Advisory and Banking Services issued Tuesday, March 2, 2022. 

Update to the first paragraph in Section O (Contract Stipulations) of the RFP.

The successful proposer shall indemnify and hold harmless HATT, its agents, employees, and trustees from and against any and all claims, losses, actions, damages, expenses, and all other liabilities, including, but not limited to attorney's fees, directly or indirectly arising out of or resulting from the successful proposer's and/or its employees' and agents' negligence/gross negligence hereunder.

(*Please note that "operations" has been replaced with negligence/gross negligence) in Section O.

The Respondent shall indicate receipt of this Addendum by signing this form or sending an email to Tarisha acknowledging receipt of this Addendum by indicating in the subject line "Acknowledgement of Addendum #2" no later than 2:00 pm, Thursday, March 24, 2022.
