Notice Inviting Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 22-5 Home Building Program

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is now doing business as Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) and herewith requests qualifications for the VCTT's Home Building Program, RFQ 22-5. Please contact Tarisha Duson for the Request for Qualifications or visit VCofTT.org for the RFQ and applicable documents. Qualified applicants are invited to submit applications to the following:

• Applications will be reviewed, and those firms whose application most appropriately meet VCTT's needs will be considered.

Pre-Proposal and Qualifications Meeting

A Pre-Proposal and Qualifications Meeting for the RFQ 22-5 Home Building Program will be held at 9:00 am on November 21, 2022, in the VCTT Board Room located at 1611 N. Robison Road, Texarkana, Texas 75501. Also, the meeting will be available via Zoom beginning at 9:00 am on November 21, 2022. Please see the following information about the Zoom meeting.
