About The Scholarship
The EOC Program awards up to $500 per semester to two applicants. Applicants must meet the criteria listed below.

Application Process
The application can be completed online at texarkanacollege.edu/eoc or in person with an EOC team member in the Nelson Administration building on the Texarkana College campus. Paper applications can be submitted to an EOC staff member or emailed here. 

• Applications Available: October 18th, 2022
• Applications Due By: December 31st, 2022
• Winners Announced: January 9th, 2023

Scholarship Criteria

• Applicants must be a student of the EOC program.
• Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident.
• Must be enrolled or enrolling for the Spring 2023 semester at an accredited college or university.
• Submit two short answer responses to the provided questions.
  • Prompt 1: What are your educational goals?
  • Prompt 2: How can this scholarship assist you?
• Finalists must participate in an interview with the scholarship committee.
