The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is now doing business as Village Communities of Texarkana, Texas (VCTT) and herewith request qualifications for the VCTT's Home Building Program, RFQ 22-5. For the Request for Proposal and applicable documents, visit VCofTT.org. Qualified applicants are invited to submit applications to the following:

Applications must be received by VCTT no later than 5 PM Wednesday, January 18, 2023.

Applications will be reviewed, and those firms whose application most appropriately meet VCTT's needs will be considered.
