Scholarship Criteria

• Applicants must be a student of the EOC program
• Applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident
• Must be enrolled or enrolling for the Fall 2024 semester at any accredited college or university
• Submit a completed scholarship application
• Applicants must submit a copy of their unofficial transcript
• Top 15 finalists must participate in an interview with the scholarship committee

• Application Opens: April 15th
• Application Closes: July 15th
• 15 Finalists Announced: July 19th
• Interviews for Finalists: July 31st
• Winners Announced: August 1st

The application can be completed online or in person with an EOC team member in the Nelson Administration building on the Texarkana College campus. Paper applications can be submitted to an EOC staff member or by email.
