Join us on Tuesday, July 30th and Wednesday, July 31st for this exciting two-day event that will bring together stakeholders from the Texarkana, TX/AR communities for in-depth discussions regarding needs, best practices, and how desired outcomes are attainable. The event will be held at the Texarkana (TX) Convention Center located at 2910 S. Cowhorn Creek Loop, Texarkana, TX 75503.
