HATT's Trunk or Treat 2018! On October 30th, HATT celebrated its 2nd Trunk or Treat event in the parking lot of Pecan Ridge Apartments. HATT employees and Trunk or Treat Coordinators, Shanetta Cannon and Zamar Morgan, would like to thank our partners for all of their donations and volunteer time to ensure that the neighborhood kids had a fantastic time!

The Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas (HATT) is amending its 5-year PHA Plan because it was a successful applicant in the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) and will be converting to Project Based Vouchers.

Public Hearing: Thursday, November 29, 2018 at 3:00 p.m., Rosehill Ridge Community Room, 1201 Stuckey Street
Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Premier Texarkana Development and Facility Corporation, a non-profit public facility corporation created by the Housing Authority of the City of Texarkana, Texas with respect to the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds with respect to the acquisition of a property to be known as Grim Hotel Apartments.
