HATT Homebuyer Education Course. The Housing Authority of Texarkana, Texas will be conducting the 8 hour homebuyer education course in October on the following dates:
Part 1: Saturday, October 13th 10 am-3 pm
Part 2: Saturday, October 20th 10 am-3 pm
