This addendum forms a part of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 22-5 Home Building Program and modifies the original RFQ 22-5 published for distribution on 27 October 2022. Acknowledgment of this and all Addendum(s) are required with a separate letter signed by the vendor attached to the Application Submission, due at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, 2022. Failure to do so will subject the Vendor to disqualification.

On page 3 of 18 of the Request for Qualifications 22-5, paragraph Application Scoring, sub-paragraph Financial Projection: 30 points, insert "Financial Projections Based on a single-family house on a center lot size of approximately 50' wide by 140' length: 30 Points".
